Six month pictures

My sister is a wonderful photographer! Jenn came down a few weeks ago to stay with us for her spring break. It was on Brookelynn's 6 month birthday so we got Jenn to take some pictures! Her are a few of the many great pics. She is coming back this weekend to take pictures of Brookelynn and her cousin Jaxson at the Dallas Blooms! I will post them later!!

Oh...I mentioned Jaxson above and I know that some of yall haven't seen an updated picture of our sweet nephew. He is 2 months old now and precious! We can't wait to see him this weekend.

Not my little baby anymore...

Brookelynn is learning about new things everyday! New veggies, new fruits, new sippy cups. She loves her sippy cup but she hasn't really gotten the hang of it. Here are a few pictures of her new experiences...

She could care less about her toys when her sippy cup is anywhere in sight.

She is no longer a burrito baby...I don't swaddle her any more and she loves it. She also has figured out how to find her passy in the night and put it back in her mouth...that is why she has several in her bed! This has been wonderful for my sleep!!

BATH TIME!!!
She loves her bath! When we walk in to the bathroom she gets really excited! We left the baby tub out this weekend and she had so much fun. I bought a pack of bath squirt toys and she could chew on them for days. This is just one more step closer to swimming!! I am so excited about the summer and swimming!

SIX Months

Brookelynn is six months old! I can believe how fast the time flies! She is growing so fast and learning new things everyday! It has been the most wonderful 6 months of our lives! Here are a few pictures from this past week. We are so glad that Brookelynn is feeling better after her ear infection and two rashes. She is now teething...you will notice her large amount of drool in all of these pictures.

Brookelynn's best friend, Brynn, came over to play on Wednesday. This is the first time that they actually got to play together. Brookelynn would fall over and Brynn would crawl right over here. It was really funny!

Brookelynn started sitting up this week by herself. She has been able to sit on soft surfaces for a couple of weeks, but this is the first week that she is really sturdy on the floor. She loves the new view she has on the world!

Our new Sunday dress...It was a beautiful day today and Brookelynn got to wear her new spring dress from her Gigi. It has a sweater to go with it but it was too hot to wear. Bailey was out of town this morning so we met Jared, Rachel and Jaxson for church.
